Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Maintenance Technician - Manufacturing for a production facility in Everett, WA. This is a full‑time, permanent position long‑term stability, and hands‑on mechanical work involving that keeps production running safely and efficiently. Qualified candidates will have previous maint tech experience working on 480V power systems.

Shift & Schedule

You’ll work a rotating Pitman (2-2-3) schedule:

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM every 2 months
• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM every 2 months
• This rotation provides built-in long weekends so you get fulltime hours but only work approx 14 days a month!

Pay is $26 - $30 per hour, DOE.

The Equipment Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for servicing, repairing, and troubleshooting production machinery. You’ll work alongside production teams to minimize equipment downtime, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined candidates who enjoy working with industrial equipment and want a long-term skilled‑trade role.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, lubricate, and maintain production equipment according to maintenance schedules
• Perform mechanical repairs, adjustments, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
• Conduct preventative maintenance on facility equipment and process machinery
• Document all maintenance, repair, and service activities accurately
• Fabricate fixtures, tools, and components as needed
• Collect, store, and manage waste oils and greases safely
• Assist with waste disposal and environmental compliance tasks
• Participate in on‑call overtime during emergencies, shutdowns, or critical repairs
• Follow all company safety practices, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) and regulatory safety requirements

Requirements

• Experience working with 480V power systems (non-negotiable)
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on maintenance/repair ability
• Ability to work a 12‑hour rotating night schedule
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and equipment diagnostic skills
• Ability to lift and maneuver equipment/parts as needed
• Strong adherence to safety procedures and compliance rules
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
