Express Employment Professionals is hiring an experienced Mechanical Assembler II for a manufacturing company in Everett, WA. This is a full‑time, long‑term opportunity offering hands‑on mechanical work, steady hours, and the chance to grow your skills in a dynamic production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble product parts and machinery both independently and on a production line
• Build small accessories in a series or individual work cell
• Pull and prepare parts for sub‑assembly kits and customer orders
• Utilize power tools, hand tools, and pallet jacks
• Maintain consistent speed and accuracy while upholding safety and quality standards
• Keep workstation clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Follow common assembly practices including adhesives, torque, fasteners, hose/wire crimping, etc.
• Inspect assemblies to ensure all products meet quality standards
• Monitor inventory and report shortages to support continuous production flow
• Report any equipment or production issues to the Team Line Leader
• Follow all company safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment

Job Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude required; prior production or mechanical experience strongly preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings preferred
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
• Basic hand tool proficiency (cordless drills, torque guns, etc.)
• Ability to read, write, and receive instructions in English
• Detail‑oriented with strong quality awareness
• Familiarity with safety rules and proper use of PPE
• Problem‑solving ability for troubleshooting production issues
• Fine motor skills and dexterity for assembling small parts
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Basic math skills for production‑related tasks
