Express Employment Professionals is hiring a E‑Commerce Fulfillment Support Associate for a short‑term assignment (6–8 weeks) with a busy and fast‑paced warehouse team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of hands‑on warehouse work and basic computer/e‑commerce tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform small‑package packing, counting, and sorting
• Load and unload trucks safely
• Operate pallet jacks (sit‑down forklift experience required)
• Use RF scanners for tracking and fulfillment
• Receive and ship products efficiently
• Create and optimize online product listings
• Process and troubleshoot online orders and fulfillment issues
• Monitor inventory and communicate with warehouse teams
• Respond to customer inquiries and reviews in a professional manner
• Support marketing and SEO‑related e‑commerce efforts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficient computer skills (ShipStation experience is a plus)
• Ability to use RF scanners
• Sit‑down forklift experience
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and twisting throughout shift
• Experience in warehouse operations
• Reliable, team‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Good English reading and writing skills
