Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a hands-on Aerospace Teardown Laborer for an aerospace company in Arlington, WA. This is a full-time, permanent day‑shift position offering steady hours and the opportunity to build valuable mechanical skills in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Teardown & Core Returns: Disassemble aerospace components safely and accurately
• Deburr Parts: Remove burrs and sharp edges to ensure quality and safety
• Parts Disassembly: Break down components according to drawings and technical specifications
• Cleaning: Keep parts, tools, and work areas clean and organized
• Production Support: Assist with additional manufacturing tasks as needed and support team workflow

Required Skills & Experience

• Measurement Skills: Able to read tape measures and micrometers accurately
• Tool Proficiency: Experience using hand tools, die grinders, reamers, torque drivers, torque wrenches, etc.
• Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Teamwork: Cooperative attitude, good attendance, and strong communication skills

NOTE: You must have six months of recent work experience and provide two work references we can contact.
