Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and motivated Receiving Specialist for a manufacturing company in Everett, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, operating warehouse equipment, and can efficiently operate a computer as you will be doing light data entry and providing customer service while ensuring efficient shipping, receiving, and inventory operations.

This is a fulltime permanent role offering day shift hours. 

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify all incoming shipments against purchase orders; communicate with buyers regarding discrepancies
• Load and unload trailers while following proper load‑securing and safety procedures
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes
• Utilize warehouse management computer systems to enter job orders, track inventory, optimize storage, and monitor fulfillment
• Organize, label, and store inventory accurately while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Perform picking and packing tasks and collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Assist with inventory control efforts to minimize stockouts and overstock situations
• Update and improve SOPs and participate in cross‑functional training initiatives
