Express Employment Professionals is seeking a highly organized Inventory Control Specialist for a great manufacturing company in Everett. This full-time role is ideal for someone with strong warehouse, inventory, and ERP experience who enjoys problem-solving and ensuring smooth material flow throughout production.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, perform, and reconcile daily cycle counts and generate reports on time
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies across departments
• Assist in establishing inventory KPIs and accuracy goals
• Serve as a team resource for process and system knowledge
• Audit and troubleshoot all transactions impacting inventory
• Identify root causes of inventory variances and implement corrective actions
• Conduct onsite inventory audits and support process improvement initiatives
• Troubleshoot barcode scanning/system issues relating to inventory
• Support material management tasks when needed, including basic warehouse duties

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory control role
• Background in material handling, purchasing, and stock control
• Experience with ERP systems (3+ years) and warehouse management systems
• Knowledge of computerized inventory and tracking systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to operate hand tools and mechanical equipment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs (with assistance above 50 lbs)
• Comfortable being on your feet 8–10 hours per day
• Good hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Forklift experience preferred
• Must have a flexible, team-oriented attitude
