Qualifications: 15+ years of progressive leadership in sales and marketing, preferably within real estate, development, hospitality, or related industries Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree Proven ability to lead, scale, and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams Experience creating and executing enterprise-wide branding and business development strategies Demonstrated success driving revenue growth through strategic campaigns and relationship management Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills Experience in privately held, entrepreneurial environments preferred Background in launching and marketing large-scale or mixed-use real estate developments Responsibilities: Lead enterprise-wide sales, marketing, and leasing functions across affiliated businesses Develop and execute integrated marketing and growth strategies aligned with company objectives Build, manage, and mentor enterprise sales teams, including staffing, training, and compensation planning Oversee brand strategy, digital and traditional marketing campaigns, and public relations efforts Drive business development initiatives across commercial real estate, healthcare, industrial, and hospitality sectors Provide strategic leadership for the marketing and leasing of large-scale mixed-use developments, including residential, office, hospitality, and entertainment assets Align sales and marketing objectives with financial performance goals Collaborate cross-functionally across business units to identify and execute growth opportunities
