About the Role

We’re looking for a mechanically inclined, hands-on technician who has experience operating computer-controlled water treatment systems and support our team both in the shop and out in the field.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working with equipment. We are seeking candidates capable of working independently on customer sites performing company-directed tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Perform maintenance and PM on Water Treatment Systems to include break-downs and demolition.

• Operate computer-controlled water treatment systems

• Shop tasks, field work, and general labor as needed

• Support grounds and vehicle maintenance

• Work as part of a team and help wherever needed

• Travel to customer sites to test, evaluate, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, rebuild, replace, or install commercial/industrial water treatment systems (mostly local)

• Drive company trucks responsibly

Schedule

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday

• Up to 1-hour lunch

• Occasional early starts or late returns when mobilizing for jobs

• Overtime pay when applicable

• Rare Saturday work (only when required)

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Ability to perform physical and hands-on tasks

• Team-oriented attitude

• Valid driver’s license AND clean driving record.

• Responsible driving habits

• Must accept responsibility for traffic violations or vehicle/property damage caused by negligent or reckless actions
