Production Associate - 2nd shift

Located in New Britain, CT

Salary: $17.50/hr

We are hiring Production Associates for a hands-on manufacturing role focused on completing cable assemblies. This position involves assembling, inspecting, and preparing cable products according to company standards. • Monday - Friday, 1:30 pm to 9:30 pm
• New Britain, CT
• $17.50/hr

Responsibilities

• Assemble cable components and wiring according to instructions
• Cut, strip, and crimp wires as required
• Follow diagrams and work orders
• Inspect finished cable assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Meet daily production goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred
