Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:50 AM – 5:10 PM (flexibility required based on client needs)

About the Role
We are a fast-growing staffing company looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to help expand our client base. This is a performance-based opportunity designed for someone who is competitive, motivated, and hungry to build something meaningful.
You do not need prior sales experience — we care far more about attitude, work ethic, and communication ability.

What You’ll Be Doing

Prospecting new businesses in your territory

Making in-person and outbound sales calls daily

Setting appointments and meeting with decision-makers

Identifying hiring needs and presenting staffing solutions

Building long-term client relationships

Managing your own pipeline and activity

Working closely with recruiting to fulfill client needs
This is a true “hunter” role focused on creating new business.
