Position Summary
We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused B2B Sales Representative to develop new business partnerships and grow market share within the local community. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on prospecting, networking, and closing deals in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
Schedule and conduct client meetings to assess workforce needs
Present staffing solutions tailored to client challenges
Negotiate contracts and close new accounts
Maintain and grow existing client relationships
Collaborate with recruiting team to ensure client expectations are met
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales activity and revenue goals
Track sales activity in CRM system
Qualifications
B2B sales experience (staffing or service-based sales preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong prospecting and closing skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated with high accountability
Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
