The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic / Supervisor is responsible for performing and overseeing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery, equipment, and facility systems in Mount Pleasant, PA. This role ensures safe, efficient, and continuous operations and requires supervisory experience. Work includes mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Perform and oversee maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facility systems, including hydraulics and pneumatics, to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks, assigning work, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize equipment while maintaining accurate maintenance records and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge
Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery
Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Supervisory experience managing and coordinating a maintenance team
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Excellent communication and leadership skills
