Salary: $23-25/hr
We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position requires hands-on experience with welding, machinery maintenance, and mechanical systems. If you are reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervision, we encourage you to apply.
Perform stick welding and operate a cutting torch
Maintain and repair industrial machinery and conveyor systems
Replace motors and perform basic mechanical repairs
Read and use a volt meter
Demonstrate basic knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems (no wiring required)
Work at heights when necessary (must not be afraid of heights)
Stay productive and on task with minimal direction
Occasionally use personal vehicle to pick up parts (mileage reimbursed)
Experience with industrial machinery and conveyors
Stick welding and torch cutting experience required
Basic understanding of electrical and hydraulic functions
Ability to replace motors and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues
Comfortable working at heights
Flexible availability (start times between 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM; end times may vary)
Valid driver’s license required
Reliable personal vehicle (required for occasional parts pickup)
Must sign company vehicle form upon hire
Work Schedule
Monday thru Friday 7am to 4:30pmSometimes Saturdays. All scheduled hours must be flexible.
