Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable Deburring / Grinder to support a fast-paced production welding facility. This role focuses on removing sharp edges, excess weld material, and imperfections from metal parts to ensure quality and safety standards are met. This is a hands-on position and a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing or shop experience looking for steady first-shift work.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Grind, deburr, and smooth welded metal parts using hand and power tools

• Remove sharp edges, slag, and excess material from welded components

• Inspect parts for quality and finish before they move to the next process

• Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and production schedules

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Work closely with welders and production team members

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing, fabrication, or shop experience preferred

• Experience using grinders, sanders, or similar hand tools is a plus

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Dependable attendance and willingness to work in a production environment
