Who This Role Is For

This position is for candidates with fabrication or welding experience who want a long-term career in a shop environment. You will work with steel, aluminum, and stainless steel and progress through defined skill levels based on ability — not time served.

If you do not have shop, fabrication, or welding background, this position will not be a fit.

You must have:

• Fabrication and/or welding experience in a shop environment

• Ability to read fabrication drawings

• Experience with MIG welding (TIG a plus)

• Experience working with steel (aluminum and stainless preferred)

• Ability to work independently at higher skill levels

Preferred for higher-level candidates:

• TIG welding (aluminum and stainless)

• Press brake setup and operation

• Complex layout and fabrication skills

• Leadership or training experience
