Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Supervisor/Supervisor to join our team in overseeing construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management, project scheduling, and supervising construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation
- Oversee budgeting and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints
- Coordinate project scheduling to meet deadlines
- Supervise construction crews and subcontractors on-site
- Utilize ProCore or similar software for project management
- Ensure compliance with contracts and regulations

Experience:
- Previous experience in a Supervisor or Supervisor role within the construction industry
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction plans
- Strong budgeting skills to manage project finances effectively
- Ability to schedule and coordinate tasks efficiently
- Experience managing pipeline projects is a plus

Pay: $26 - $28/hour plus $200/month stipend for health insurance
