Machine Operator – Night Shift (4 On / 4 Off)
Location: Winchester, VA 22603
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 4 days on / 4 days off

We are is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our night shift production team. This is a great opportunity to work a consistent 4-on/4-off schedule while contributing to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Position Summary

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery according to safety and quality guidelines
• Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed
• Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Keep work area clean and follow all safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work night shift and a rotating 4-on/4-off schedule
