Our client, a premier manufacturer and distributor in the building supply industry in Northeast San Antonio, is seeking a Door Finisher with knowledge of construction field a plus. This is a long-term assignment with an opportunity to go permanent with the client. Pay is $17-$18/hr. Hours are Mon-Fri:7am-3:30pm. 

Job duties for the Door Finisher include:

• Priming and staining of doors.
• Clear coating of finished product/Strip old finishes
• Woodworking Skills required!!
• Apply varnish, lacquer, shellac and other finishes
• Accomplish quality control check of completed material
• Sand and fill surfaces, Buff, Polish and Wax finishes
• Nail Guns, Wood Planer experience preferred

Requirements for the Wood Shop Machine Operator are:

• HS or GED min
• Strong attention to detail/organizational skills
• Demonstrate ability to work well with others
• Ability to work independently/tight deadlines
• Must be willing to train and move between departments
• Strong safety background and attendance record
