Express is looking for a Quality Control Technician for a position in Export in a 

Warehouse & manufacturing environment!

 

Job Duties:

 

• Perform Receiving Inspections of material and components received from suppliers as assigned by the QC Manager and document the results of those inspections
• Provide product approval/rejection as appropriate and document the inspection and test results.
• Perform materials/component testing as assigned by the QC Manager and document the results of those tests.
• Maintain an awareness of the applicable regulatory requirements and/or guidelines for products
• Performs additional duties and functions as assigned/required by the QC Manager.

Qualifications:

• Occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs - More frequent lifting of up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand & sit for long periods of time
• Attention to detail 
• Fine manual dexterity
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, schematics, documents- REQUIRED 
• High School / Technical School with at least 4 years in a manufacturing or quality control function. REQUIRED
• Experience with torque wrenches, calipers, alligator clips, pushing, pulling, and turning of power control knobs, air pressure valves, installing small screws, and applying inspection labels, and other testing equipment a PLUS!!!!
