Pay:

• $19.50/HR - after 60 days payment rises to $23.73/HR

Schedule:

• Days and Nights: 6:45am-7:00pm - 2/2/3 rotating schedule - MUST BE OPEN!

Job Duties:

• Perform a variety of manual tasks on the production line
• Accurately stack and organize boards to maintain efficient workflow
• Stand and work on feet for extended 12-hour shifts
• Operate safely and effectively in a cool indoor manufacturing environment
• Follow all safety protocols and quality standards
• Adapt to changing production demands and shift schedules
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
• Monitor work area and report equipment or safety issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
