Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and skilled Welders to join our growing teams in both Champaign and Rantoul, IL. The ideal candidates will have hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting and be able to produce high-quality welds with consistency and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, or aluminum components.

• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.

• Set up, adjust, and maintain welding equipment as needed for each job.

• Inspect finished welds for accuracy, strength, and quality compliance.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area following all company and OSHA safety standards.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of welding experience preferred; certification a plus but not required.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
