Position Overview: 

Our staffing team is partnering with a valued client to hire a professional and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients and vendors, providing support via phone, email, and chat. You will assist with account setup, verification processes, subscription updates, and general inquiries while ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask across multiple systems, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced call center environment.

Minimum Qualifications to Apply: 

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages
  • 2–5+ years of recent experience in a call center environment
  • Ability to reliably commute to West Tualatin for an onsite position
  • Typing speed of 40+ words per minute, with strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Willingness and ability to complete a typing test and additional skills assessment as part of the interview process

Job Duties: 

  • Provide exceptional customer service support to clients and vendors
  • You will provide answers to questions and provide resource information as needed
  • Responsible for gathering detailed information, running verification checks, certificate of insurance tracking, W-9 verifications, and other pre-registering duties
  • Answer phone calls, assist all callers with setting up profiles, updating membership subscriptions, and collecting any data needed for their account
  • Follow-up with clients who have left messages, subscriptions that need updating enrollment verifications
  • Respond to customer emails and chats in a professional and friendly manner
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
  • Data entry in various platforms
  • Additional duties assigned as needed

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 

  • 2+ years of customer service experience - ideally in a call center or similar setting
  • Bilingual fluency – ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English and another language
  • Excellent communication skills – active listening, clear speaking, and professional writing
  • Strong interpersonal abilities – you’re comfortable giving and receiving feedback and love working toward goals
  • Tech-savvy – confident using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and navigating multiple systems
  • Polished phone etiquette – you make every caller feel heard and valued
  • Organized multitasker – juggling priorities and meeting deadlines is second nature
  • Problem-solver mindset – you think on your feet, make smart decisions, and set priorities effectively
  • High school diploma or GED required
