Driver / Operations Associate

Located in Ottawa, ON

Salary: $22.00

We're seeking a dynamic and versatile Driver / Operations Associate to support our delivery and technical teams. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our location.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Perform basic machine repairs and technical cleaning at key accounts
• Conduct stock takes and replenish products at key accounts
• Deliver products to customers
• Assist with warehouse duties, including receiving, unloading, picking, and loading
• Provide backup support for delivery, warehouse, and service departments during vacations and absences
• Perform various tasks, such as housekeeping, packing, and equipment setup
• Provide assistance to the operations team as needed

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Good customer service skills: ability to provide excellent service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Basic troubleshooting skills: ability to identify and resolve simple technical issues
• Tool experience: familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment

Competencies:

• Bilingualism (depending on province)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) 

This position starts at $22.00 per hour.

Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm
