Physical Resources Coordinator ($20/hr.)

We are currently staffing for a local Educational Institution. We are seeking an experience, organized and focused individual for the role of Physical Resources Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Building and event inspections and punch lists
• Quality control
• Entering and tracking work orders
• Researching and finding vendors, obtaining bids
• Department record upkeep
• Preventative maintenance –managing the vendors, scheduling and inspecting work, obtaining annual permits
• e-commerce and financial reports
• Reservation management for the Atlanta Campus
• Supporting guest house reservations and as required managing the guest house check-in, inspections, and issues
• Handling special assignment projects from beginning to end including construction and maintenance project management
• Other duties include Cleaning as necessary, planting interior and exterior plants, watering, moving furniture for event setups, writing letters, making purchases, tracking orders and assisting in the mailroom, data entry, filing
• Manages the summer residence hall flips - including but not limited to schedules, inspections, work lists, ordering, vendor coordination, and billing. Essential duties may vary and other duties may be assigned if you have the applicable skills, drawing in Autocad or Revitt (not required)

Qualifications:

• Previous property or facilities management
• Experience working with and overseeing vendor activities
• Administrative experience
• Minimum of three years of MS Office experience
• Strong computer and project management skills
• Must be organized
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree required

**Must pass a background check by having a clean criminal history**
