Duties:• Data entry• Administrative duties• Answer customer calls• Customer service• Resolve customer complaints • Add new and modify accounts• Collect taxes• Handle billing issues• Process several types of taxes• Make collection calls• Other duties as required
Qualification:• Experience with call center work• Previous data entry experience • Reliable• High School Diploma or GED• Moderate computer skills• Moderate level research• Problem-solving/Reasoning• Clear communication skills• Able to type 60 – 65 wpm – Required
