Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, networking, and referrals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Present products and services clearly and confidently to prospective customers.

• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication.

• Stay informed on product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful service delivery.
