Monday – Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm

 

Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently seeking a reliable and hard-working Quality Verification and Receiver Specialist for a local client in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  You will play a crucial role in the receiving team, all equipment has matching serial numbers and parts. This role involves hands-on work with specialized equipment, precise inventory management, and delivering a smooth, customer-focused experience. If you are detail-oriented, dependable, and thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment, this position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and career.

 

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Verify Serial Numbers to equipment.
• Receiving incoming rental returns, inspecting returns to ensure all parts were returned, undamaged, and in working order. 
• Ensuring returned equipment is clean and returned to the correct location.  

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
• A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse/rental environment

Work Environment and Attire: 

• Pants and closed-toe shoes required.
• Company-provided shirts and PPE for safety and comfort.
