Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Rack Operator / Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in Sidney, Ohio. This position is for 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), with required training on 1st shift. The Rack Operator works closely with the Shift Supervisor to ensure quality production, safe equipment operation, and efficient workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce parts according to verbal and written work instructions
• Load, rack, and unrack parts from racks or cassettes
• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Inspect parts for quality and complete required production paperwork
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE
• Report quality concerns, equipment issues, or injuries to management promptly

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Hi-Lo / forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively on a team
