Job Title: General Labor / Utility Associate (1st Shift)
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift — 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Assignment Length: Long‑term assignment through the end of July
Start: ASAP
Requirements: Background check and drug test required
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking associate to support daily facility operations. This role involves a mix of cleaning, material handling, traffic control, and light rework. Forklift training will be provided as needed.
Key Duties Include:
Cleaning restrooms and breakrooms
Collecting and compacting trash and recyclables throughout the production area
Performing rework, including restacking bags
Directing semi‑truck traffic during peak shipping periods (March/April)
Managing flatbed and dry‑van flow to prevent backups on Bluff Road
Operating a forklift (training provided) to pull compacted plastic and cardboard bales from the baler
Supporting general production and facility needs as assigned
Ideal Candidate:
Dependable and punctual
Comfortable working in a production environment
Able to lift, move, and stand for extended periods
Willing to learn forklift operation
