Express Employment Professionals is seeking an organized and dependable Inventory & Material Coordinator for a growing client. This position supports daily production needs, inventory accuracy, material planning, and shipment coordination.

Job Summary

• Manage daily material and inventory requirements
• Perform inventory analysis and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with Operations, R&M teams, vendors, and supervisors to ensure materials are ordered, delivered, and documented on time
• Track and process inventory consumption using internal systems (OASIS, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office)
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and assist with loading/unloading equipment
• Maintain organized storage areas and ensure DOT, HSSE, and QMS compliance
• Operate forklifts and cranes safely
• Perform cycle counts, monthly inventory reconciliation, and monitor slow-moving/obsolete inventory
• Maintain accurate documentation for all incoming/outgoing equipment and parts
• Other duties as assigned; some standing, repetitive work, and on‑call availability required

Qualifications

• Industry experience preferred
• Ability to lift, operate equipment, and work in active shop/yard environments
