Job Description 

• Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock.
• Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock.
• Operate cutting machines or die presses to cut out shoe components according to specific patterns and sizes.
• Use industrial sewing machines to join upper components or apply decorative stitching.
• Attach the upper part of the shoe to the sole using heat, adhesives, or specialized "lasting" machinery to ensure the correct shape and fit.
• Inspect materials and finished products for defects such as uneven stitching, glue marks, or material blemishes.
• Perform final touches, including cleaning, polishing, lacing, and packaging shoes for shipment.
• Keep your workstation clean and perform basic troubleshooting or cleaning on assigned machinery to ensure smooth operation.
