Outside Sales Representative
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $16.00 per hour + Commission ($50–$200 per approved donation bin placement)

Position Summary

A local Boutique is seeking a motivated and professional Outside Sales Representative to develop new business partnerships for donation bin placement. This position focuses on business-to-business (B2B) sales by visiting local businesses, shopping centers, apartment complexes, offices, churches, and other commercial properties to obtain approval to place clothing donation bins. These donation bins collect gently used clothing and household items that support our thrift store and help serve the community.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is outgoing, self-motivated, and enjoys working in the field and building business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and visit local businesses to introduce the Boutique’s donation bin program
• Speak with business owners, property managers, and decision-makers to secure placement approvals
• Explain the benefits of donation bins, including community support and sustainability
• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with business partners
• Meet weekly and monthly placement goals
• Track sales activities, leads, and placements
• Provide excellent representation of the Boutique at all times
• Travel locally to multiple business locations daily

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales, B2B sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated
• Professional and reliable
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $16.00 per hour
• Commission of $50–$200 per approved donation bin placement
• Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
