We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machinery to produce precision parts and components. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC programming, quality control procedures, and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines including mills, lathes, and routers
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment
• Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments
• Make necessary adjustments to ensure parts meet specifications
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Knowledge of G-code and CNC programming
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
