Production Order Receiving Associate

📍 Location: Waco, TX
💲 Pay: $12–$13/hour
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
🍴 Breaks: 30-minute unpaid lunch + two paid 15-minute breaks
📦 Full-Time | Warehouse Environment

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, proactive, humble, and detail-oriented team member to support warehouse operations in a production and order receiving role. This position works closely with 1–2 teammates to receive, organize, and process incoming inventory and customer orders.

If you enjoy staying busy, working with a small team, and taking pride in keeping things organized and accurate, this could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming shipping orders and deliveries

  • Unload pallets and organize incoming inventory

  • Verify order accuracy (including product color, size, and specifications)

  • Log orders into the internal system for tracking and fulfillment

  • Organize and stage orders by ship date, urgency, or priority

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

Physical Requirements

  • Active, hands-on position with standing and movement throughout the shift

  • Frequent lifting, bending, and organizing inventory

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
