• This is a fulltime Construction Supervisor Position. The key job responsibilities are as follows:

 

• Team Management – Supervise laborers, subcontractors, and site staff; assign tasks and monitor performance.

• Safety Compliance – Enforce OSHA or local safety regulations, conduct site safety inspections, and manage incident reports.

• Quality Control – Inspect workmanship, materials, and construction processes to ensure standards are met.

• Communication & Reporting – Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders; maintain progress reports.

• Problem Solving – Address delays, site issues, or conflicts promptly to keep the project on track.
