Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and hardworking Sign Installer to install non-electrical signage in commercial and construction environments. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities
Sign Installation

Install interior and exterior signage in correct locations

Mount signage according to specifications, blueprints, and elevations

Ensure installations comply with city, state, and federal codes

Work safely in construction and industrial environments

Operate ladders, scaffolding, and lift equipment as required
Quality & Precision

Perform accurate measurements using levels and tape measures
-
Ensure installations meet company quality standards and client specifications
-
Conduct final checks to verify alignment, stability, and appearance
Problem Solving & Communication

Identify and resolve installation challenges in the field

Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, and clients

Provide project updates and address on-site concerns
Leadership & Project Coordination

Lead and support installation crews when assigned

Coordinate multiple installation projects to meet deadlines

Maintain communication with management throughout projects
Safety & Inventory
-
Follow all safety regulations and company policies

Maintain safe work practices at all times
-
Monitor materials and supplies needed for installations
Qualifications & Requirements
✔ Experience in construction, signage installation, carpentry, or related field preferred
✔ Ability to read blueprints and installation drawings
✔ Comfortable working on ladders and aerial lifts
✔ General knowledge of power tools and construction equipment
✔ Ability to work in active construction environments
✔ Clean driving record required
✔ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work
✔ Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
Preferred Skills
⭐ Experience installing commercial signage
⭐ Experience operating scissor lifts or boom lifts
⭐ Construction or trade background
⭐ Leadership or crew supervision experience
