Aluminum TIG Welder – Immediate Openings (Metairie Area)

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Aluminum TIG Welder for a well-established fabrication shop in the Metairie area. This is a great opportunity for a skilled welder who takes pride in clean, precise work and wants steady, long-term employment with room to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on aluminum materials

• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols

• Weld thin-gauge aluminum with precision and consistency

• Prep materials, fit components, and finish welds to quality standards

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Work with fabrication and production teams to meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven TIG welding experience on aluminum

• Ability to pass a weld test

• Experience reading blueprints

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time, day shift

• Pay based on experience (competitive rates)
