Driver Helper – Weatherford Distribution Center

Pay: $14/hr
Schedule: Dispatch between 12:00 AM – 3:00 AM, Monday–Friday
Travel: 1–3 nights out of town (company-paid hotel)

About the Position

We are seeking a Driver Helper to support our delivery operations by assisting Delivery Drivers with safe, accurate, and efficient product deliveries to convenience stores. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical, fast-paced work, early morning schedules, and being part of a dependable delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

The Driver Helper is responsible for assisting the Driver in all aspects of product delivery, including:

• Unloading product at customer locations
• Proper use of delivery equipment such as ramps, load locks, straps, and hand trucks
• Maintaining the safety and security of the truck while the Driver checks in product at each store
• Acting as a spotter to guide the Driver when parking at customer locations
• Dispatching from the Weatherford Distribution Center between midnight and 3:00 AM, Monday–Friday
• Availability to spend 1–3 nights out of town (company-paid hotel room)

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and unloading products
• Reliable transportation to the Weatherford Distribution Center
• Willingness to work early-morning shifts
• Ability to travel overnight when required
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service

Compensation

• $14 per hour
• Company-paid hotel rooms for required overnight stays
