E COMMERCE SERVICES - AMAZON, EBAY, WEBSITEWill be trained on online services. Emails, order processing, following up on messages and returns and refunds.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints• Provide information about the products and services• Process orders, update inventory and work with warehouse team for order process• Use the Internet to research solutions and information to resolve issues and requests• Document and update customer records based on interactions• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services• Answer customer inquiries relating to product, existing online orders and warrantyservices
