Front Office Bookkeeper Position

Salary: $18 / hour

Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking reliable, proficient, and organized candidates for a Front Office Bookkeeper position with an International Manufacturing Plant. This position requires previous experience with QuickBooks and will pay from $15-18 per hour based on DOE. The hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 A.M.-4:30 P.M.

Responsibilities:

• Enter necessary data and information into the computer
• Apply friendly customer service skills answering the phones
• Responsible for scheduling
• Clerical responsibilities to include typing, filing, printing and other clerical tasks
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Must have previous experience with QuickBooks of 3+ years
• Must have previous experience with typing
• Possess excellent math skills and some basic accounting skills
• Capable of sitting all day
• Possesses time management, organizational and communicative skills
• Pays attention to details
