Key Responsibilities

 

• Evaluate and inspect damaged properties to determine the necessary restoration procedures
• Remove damaged materials such as drywall and flooring, and make repairs
• Perform water extraction and structural drying
• Apply treatments to prevent mold and mildew
• Use a variety of tools and equipment to restore and clean properties
• Coordinate with other technicians and professionals in the restoration process
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols
• Document progress and issues encountered during the restoration process
• Communicate with clients and insurance adjusters on the status of the restoration process
