Express Employment Professionals of Longview is currently seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for a well-established company in White Oak. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities with efficiency and warmth, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors, clients, and staff.

 

 

JOB DUTIES/EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and presentable
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
• Provide general information to clients, visitors, and staff
• Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed

 

DETAILS

• $14/hr - $15/hr DOE
• Monday – Friday 8:00am -5pm.
