We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop a multi-state sales team across Louisiana and Texas. This is a true executive leadership role not an individual contributor sales position.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead, coach, and develop a sales team across Louisiana & Texas

• Drive revenue growth and track performance metrics

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies

• Oversee sales operations and team performance

• Travel across the Gulf Coast region as needed

---

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Sales Management experience

• Proven experience leading teams across multiple states

• Industrial / Oil & Gas background preferred

• Strong executive presence and leadership skills

---

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday

• Occasional weekends and travel required

---

Pay:

• $80,000 – $90,000+ DOE

• Higher compensation available for the right candidate
