Packaging & Palletizing Associate

Location: Hebron / Manufacturing / Warehouse Facility
Pay: $16 to $18 per hour
Shift: 1st and 2^nd shift

We are hiring a Packaging & Palletizing Associate to support our manufacturing and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for operating conveyor-based wrapping equipment, packaging finished goods, and preparing products for shipment.

What You’ll Do

• Place finished products onto a conveyor belt system
• Monitor products as they move through an automated plastic wrapping machine
• Inspect wrapped products for quality and accuracy
• Pack finished goods into shipping boxes
• Label and prepare cartons for shipment
• Stack and load boxes onto pallets safely and efficiently
• Maintain clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety policies and GMP standards
• Assist with other warehouse or production duties as assigned

What You Bring

• Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or production preferred
• Ability to stand for 8–12 hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working around moving conveyor equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Physical Requirements

• Continuous standing and repetitive movement
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
• Ability to stack product on pallets throughout shift
• Work in a production environment with moderate noise levels
• Must wear required PPE
