Location:  North Billerica, MA

Pay:  $21-$24/hour (DOE)

Shift: 7:30am to 4:00pm, M-F

 

Our client is looking for a high energy individual with basic carpentry and power tool skills to join their Off-Site Packaging team. The Off-Site Packing team assists with the packaging of customer equipment at the customer's facilities and per their packaging processes. This department is customer driven and supports customer needs as requested.

 

Responsibilities of Assembler, Off Site Packaging Team

• Packing and assembling wooden and similar shipping crates/packages
• Travel locally with with delivery team and help assemble crates off site
• May be required to work overtime
• Help around the shop as needed when not assigned to a customer location
• Heavy lifting and moving from site to site as needed
• Climb ladders up to 6'

 

Qualifications of the Assembler, Off Site Packaging Team

• Previous experience in carpentry work preferred
• Previous experience with tape measures, rulers, hand tools
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Reliable Transportation 
• Represent the client in a positive manner at customer sites
• Speak and read fluent English
