Position Details:

• Location: Captiva, FL
• Hours: Monday – Sunday, 9 AM – 9 PM (flexibility within these hours required)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $17/hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to a discerning clientele.
• Assist with merchandising, sales, and inventory management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Represent the store’s upscale brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Requirements:

• Must be a nonsmoker.
• Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
• Previous retail experience required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
