Production/Plant Manager

Company is seeking a hands-on Production Manager or Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a growing, well-equipped facility. Direct Hire Position -

This role is ideal for someone who:
 Is comfortable on the production floor working alongside the team
 Has a strong eye for quality and attention to detail
 Brings experience with production scheduling
 Has worked with or supported ERP systems (implementation experience a plus)

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily production and ensure quality, safety, and delivery targets are met

Lead and support shop-floor teams with a hands-on leadership approach

Manage production schedules and drive operational efficiency

Support the rollout of a new ERP system

Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
