You are applying with the Specialized Recruiting Group for an immediate opening for a dedicated and motivated Customer Service/Sales to join our team at a manufacturing company in the city of Irwindale, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

 

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM

 

Salary: $22.00 DOE

The Role you will play:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and accurately
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
• Maintain and update customer records and account information
• Provide product or service information and recommendations
• Follow up on customer feedback to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated issues
• Handle complaints, escalating to management when necessary
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

 

Background Profile:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening skills
• Must be highly motivated and goal-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Must have product knowledge
• Excellent problem-solving skills
