Express Employment is Hiring a Production Line Operator for a Full Time (Day Shift) position with one of our clients! 

📍 Location: Colorado Springs (South) 
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday
⏰ Hours: Day shift (Exact hours may vary between 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
💵 Pay: $17/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable Production Line Operator to support daily operations on our manual bagging and packing line. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a safe and efficient production environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to follow all safety practices to maintain both personal and team safety
• Comfortable working in dusty environments and varying weather conditions (hot, cold, rainy)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
• Ability to climb ladders and remain on your feet for most of the day

Major Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate the manual bagging line, which may include:
  • Filling bags
  • Sealing bags
  • Packing filled bags into boxes
  • Stacking boxes on pallets
• Perform routine housekeeping to prevent material buildup under conveyors, in aisles, and on catwalks
• Meet all established quality and production standards
• Notify maintenance personnel of any equipment issues encountered
• Assist with pallet restacking, cleanup tasks, and general production support as needed
