Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry Level Powder Coater to join a metal manufacturing team in Liberty Lake, WA. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing and learn a skilled trade. No prior powder coating experience is required! We will provide training. As a Powder Coater, you will assist in preparing, coating, and finishing metal parts to meet quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal parts for coating (cleaning, sanding, masking, and racking)
• Operate powder coating equipment under supervision
• Apply powder coating evenly and efficiently
• Monitor coating thickness and finish quality
• Load and unload parts from the coating line and curing ovens
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Assist with general shop duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED Required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
